Westwood Townhomes Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Stamford, Connecticut.

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Westwood Townhomes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 2 Person $69,300
• 3 Persons $77,940
• 4 Persons $86,580
• 5 Persons $93,540
• 6 Persons $100,440

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Working 
• Local Residency
• Involuntary displaced due to natural disaster or government action.
• Victims of hate crimes.
• victims of domestic violence. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
